Sensible Exercises: Towards a Practice of Transcendental Empriricism (864)

Trio composed for the Polymath collective of musicians and philosophers. Devin Greenwood made an animation of these scores by dividing them in 864 frames.Thus collaboratively creating a three-channel expanded cinema score. This immersive notation was performed by Chris Botta, Chris Marinetti, and Kenneth Kirschner at National Sawdust. The musical performance was followed by a lecture performance. And a theoretical essay on this piece was published in the first volume of our publication.
